Larry is Dance Captain and assistant to Zach during the auditions. It is understood that He and Zach have worked together a long time and he knows several of the dancers. He is good at having authority without being bossy or intimidating and is great with instruction and leading the group to learn the audition pieces.
Because of his sturdy nature, I have made Larry look office-like but allowing movement. Like he’s always between running around for Zach with paperwork and teaching/ observing dance. Therefore I have put him in grey chinos to allow movement, a black t-shirt with a pair of bright coloured socks that you occasionally get glimpses of and jazz trainers.
